Tritech AnchorZip 10

The Tritech AnchorZip 10 pump is a heavy duty suction anchor pump designed for work vehicles able to produce 25 HP of hydraulic power. It offers a very quick and cost effective way of installing and removing suction anchors. The AnchorZip 10 pump is specifically designed for ROV deployment and will interface with most work vehicle hydraulic systems.

Tritech Excalibur

The Tritech Excalibur jetting and excavation system has been developed from the highly successful Tritech ZipPump and ZipJet range. It has been developed to exploit the power available from most modern WROVS. Emphasis has been placed on minimizing the weight of the system to limit the amount of the WROV payload capacity used.

Tritech Intelligent Valve Pack (iVP)

The Tritech Intelligent Valve Pack (iVP) is an integrated and flexible family of products providing a solution for all hydraulic tooling operations. It can be configured in a number of ways to suit users’ requirements and existing power and communication infrastructure. In its simplest form, valves in the pack are operated by an existing control system via an electrical module fitted to the valve pack. Add an electronics module to the valve pack to create an Intelligent Valve Pack. This allows the system to operate as a self-contained control system under the command of a topside console.

Tritech Super ZipJet

The Tritech Super ZipJet suction and jetting system replaces the successful Tritech ZipJet Ultra range of products. It incorporates many technical advances over the previous generation of ROV suction and jetting systems. The Super ZipJet pump will not block or jam because there are no moving parts on the dredging side of the system and may be rapidly switched from suction to jetting mode. It also has a much improved ROV mounting system allowing multiple mounting and handling configurations.

Tritech Merlin Excavation Pump

The new 35 h.p. - 60 h.p. Tritech Merlin dredge pump is the must have successor to the Tritech Excalibur. Merlin incorporates many of the improved design features introduced on the smaller Super ZipJet dredge pump which has proved so successful. The pump may be rapidly switched from suction to jetting, or be configured to an intermediate position allowing jetting and excavation to be carried out simultaniously.

Tritech ZipTrench

The Tritech ZipTrench trenching and excavation tool has been developed to meet the requirement for cost-effective, simple to deploy and use, trenching equipment. It is designed to open up trenches and for deburial in unconsolidated sediments. The types of materials will typically include sand, fine gravels and muds, the materials normally encountered where an existing trench has naturally backfilled.
